If you are an EU consumer and your purchase is eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, use this form to tell Auzi that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You do not need to give a reason.

Before you submit
The statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply where a legal exemption applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This generally includes made-to-measure hearing aid covers, cochlear implant jewellery made for a specific device, bespoke commissions and engraved pieces. Standard, non-personalised products such as ready-to-wear HEARLOOM may be eligible.
