Will it fit my hearing aid?

We fit all Behind-The-Ear (BTE) and Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) devices from leading makers (Phonak, Oticon, Widex, Signia, Starkey, GN, etc.).

At checkout, share your make & model, and our team will tailor the fitting accordingly.

Do you make covers for cochlear implants?

Yes. Our cochlear implant collection is currently in development!

Won't your cover cause feedback or block microphones?

Not at all. Auzi covers are featherlight and meticulously engineered so they don’t interfere with volume, Bluetooth, batteries, or everyday use.

Aren't the covers heavy or uncomfortable to wear?

Invisible comfort is one of our signatures. Each cover is made to be so light you’ll forget it’s there.

What are your covers made of?

Each piece is crafted in precious metal such as Solid Gold (9k/14k/18k) or 925 Sterling Silver (with optional goldplating) and gemstones.

Will your covers wear and tear?

Our pieces are plated to a high thickness for longevity; with normal care they retain their colour beautifully.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid lotions, perfume and household chemicals.

Do you offer lifetime care, repairs, or re-polishing?

From re-polishing to re-plating or tightening a stone, we offer these at fair atelier rates. Simply email hello@myauzi.com with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll advise the next steps.

Do you ship to my country and what does it cost?

We ship around the world, to all countries other than on the FedEx restricted list.

Every order includes free worldwide shipping with FedEx International tracking or Royal Mail in the UK. Taxes and duties are included in your order price, with zero hidden fees.

My order is a gift – how will it be packaged?

Every piece arrives in signature Auzi packaging, complete with a personalised jewellery box with their name on it. We can also include a handwritten note, simply add your message at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Because every Auzi piece is made to order, purchases are final sale (except in the case of a manufacturing fault). If anything isn’t perfect, we offer fit/finish adjustments.

How do I insure my pieces?

Add your Auzi piece to your jewellery insurance or home contents policy. If you need a formal valuation/appraisal letter, we can provide one on request.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is crafted to order in 6-8 weeks.

Can I customise one of your designs?

Absolutely. You can tailor metals, finishes, and gemstones. Share your idea; we’ll confirm feasibility, timing, and a precise quote before we begin.

How much is a bespoke order?

Bespoke commissions start from £350/$400, with final pricing guided by metal choice, stones, and complexity.

How many pieces do you make each month?

Our artisans take on a limited number of commissions each month.

Spaces are allocated on a first-come basis, with priority given to our newsletter subscribers and waitlist.
