3. Brand Independence
Auzi is an independent design house. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any hearing aid manufacturers.
Our products are external, cosmetic enhancements designed to fit around hearing aids. We do not replicate, modify, or interfere with any device's internal components or performance. Any third-party trademarks mentioned are for compatibility reference only.
4. Product Use & Limitations
Our covers are decorative jewellery pieces. They:
Are not medical devices
Do not alter sound quality, performance, or internal mechanics
Are designed for external attachment only
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific hearing aid model. Use of our product does not void your manufacturer’s warranty, but any malfunctions unrelated to our attachment mechanism remain the responsibility of the device owner.
5. Design Process & Demo Devices
To ensure precise fit and quality assurance, Auzi may use manufacturer demo devices. These are obtained through legitimate channels and used strictly for external reference.
We do not scan, copy, reverse-engineer, or modify any hearing aid. We uphold full respect for intellectual property rights across all manufacturers.
6. Fit, Attachment & Safety
Our covers attach externally and are designed not to interfere with microphones, tubing, or controls.
Do not use a cover that causes discomfort or interferes with device functionality.
If unsure, consult your audiologist before use.
Auzi is not liable for damage, discomfort, or complications arising from improper fit or use.
7. International Use
We comply with UK regulations.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for ensuring local compliance with cosmetic or medical accessory laws in their region.
8. Returns & Refunds
All Auzi products are bespoke, made-to-order items crafted to your hearing device's size and type. As production begins immediately upon receipt of your order, all sales are final and non-refundable. Personalised or bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returned under any circumstances.
Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing fault or defect. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@myauzi.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photographs. Remedies (replacement, repair, or refund) are issued at our discretion following inspection. Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.

9. Warranty
Our products are made to the highest standard. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order - we'll assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you are entitled to under applicable law in your country.
