Where We Ship
We deliver worldwide, excluding countries on the FedEx international restricted list. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us.
Shipping Costs:
United Kingdom – Complimentary shipping on all orders.
Rest of World – Complimentary shipping on all orders.
Delivery Timeline
Every Auzi piece is made-to-order and finished by hand.
Estimated delivery: 6-8 weeks from the order date.
You will receive an order confirmation and a personal estimated delivery window after purchase.
Tracking & Updates
Once your item ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Duties & Taxes
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your purchase total.
You’ll never be asked to pay additional charges at delivery, our prices are fully landed.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee updates once an order is in production or transit.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
While Auzi is not liable for parcels after they are handed over to the carrier, we’re here to help. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
Undeliverable Packages
If your shipment is returned as undeliverable, we’ll reach out to confirm a new address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
